Language Skills
Dominion Financial Management, Inc. will provide housing counselor(s) who are fluent in the language of the clients we serve, or the housing counseling agency will use the services of an interpreter, or we will make a reasonable effort to refer the client to another agency that can meet the client’s needs.
Fee Policy
Our counseling and education services are provided through a combination of grants, donations, contributions and fees for service. We charge a fee for our Certified Homebuyer Education Course that is $50 per household/certificate. All other services are currently provided by funding as detailed above. Fee waivers are available for households whose income is below the federal poverty level. Contact our class facilitator for details.
