Financial Guidance. Rooted in Purpose.
For more than 25 years, Dominion Financial Management, Inc. has helped individuals and families strengthen their finances, prepare for homeownership, and move forward with greater confidence.
Our work is practical. But the purpose behind it goes deeper.
Because financial challenges may affect your circumstances — but they do not determine your worth.
Restoring God-Given Worth
Financial hardship has a way of changing how people see themselves.
A missed payment can begin to feel like failure.
Debt can begin to feel like a definition.
A difficult season can make the future feel smaller than it really is.
Dominion believes something different.
Psalm 139 reminds us that every person is intentionally created, deeply known, and valued by God.
That means the people who come through our doors are more than a credit score, a financial mistake, a difficult season, or a goal they have not yet reached.
They are people of God-given worth.
That's why our work is about more than budgets, credit, debt, or homeownership.
Through counseling, coaching, and education, we help people gain knowledge, build capacity, make informed decisions, and move forward with dignity and hope.
“We serve people who are wonderfully made — and our work restores what God has already declared.”

“Restoring God-Given Worth”
Psalm 139:13–16
David writes in Psalm 139 that God “knit us together in our mother's womb” and that “every day of our lives was recorded in His book before one of them came to be.” This means every person we serve — every client, every family, every child — is intentionally crafted, deeply valued, and known by God long before they ever walk through our doors.
But financial hardship has a way of distorting that truth. People come to us feeling ashamed, defeated, overwhelmed, or stuck. They believe their mistakes define them. They believe their debt disqualifies them. They believe their financial chaos reflects their worth.
Psalm 139 tells a different story.
It tells us that God sees every person as fearfully and wonderfully made — not broken, not hopeless, not beyond repair. And that is the heart of our ministry. We are not just teaching budgets or credit. We are restoring dignity. We are reminding people of their God-given identity. We are helping them rediscover the story God wrote for them before they were born.
Dominion is a financial ministry, yes — but at its core, it is a worth-restoring ministry. Every coaching session, every workshop, every homebuyer class is an opportunity to help someone see themselves the way God sees them: valuable, purposeful, and capable of living in freedom.
As we make decisions today, let this be our theme:
“We serve people who are wonderfully made — and our work restores what God has already declared.”

Compassionate Guidance
Financial conversations can be difficult.
We create room for people to talk honestly about where they are without allowing shame or judgment to become part of the process.
Practical Financial Education
Information becomes useful when people can understand it and apply it.
We help turn financial concepts into practical decisions, tools, and next steps.
Christian Stewardship
Our faith shapes how we understand money, responsibility, service, and the worth of the people entrusted to our care.
We believe financial resources should be approached thoughtfully and faithfully — with purpose beyond the numbers.
More Than 25 Years of Helping People Move Forward

Progress Looks Different for Every Person.
For one person, progress may mean finally understanding a credit report.
For another, creating a spending plan that works in real life.
For another, becoming ready to purchase a home.
And sometimes progress begins simply by realizing that financial circumstances do not determine what comes next.
Every meaningful step forward matters.
